Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after business hours on Friday, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed the following business day. You will receive an order confirmation email upon placement, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 13 Canadian provinces and territories: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, and Yukon.
We do not ship outside of Canada. For orders from the United States, please visit etnies.com. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes and discounts are applied. All prices are in CAD. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier. If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If you are not available to receive your package, the carrier will make a second delivery attempt. After two failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will be notified by email or SMS prior to the second attempt.
6. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Once an order is submitted, it is immediately transmitted to our automated fulfillment system. etnies is unable to cancel or modify orders after they have been placed, regardless of shipment status.
If you wish to return an item after receipt, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. We do not offer direct exchanges.
7. Fraud Prevention & Order Holds
To protect our customers and our business, orders may be placed on hold for fraud review. To minimize the risk of a hold, please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses match at checkout. etnies reserves the right to cancel any order that it reasonably suspects may be fraudulent.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking information indicates your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please wait 72 hours before taking action, as carriers may mark shipments as delivered before physical delivery occurs. After 72 hours, please file a missing package claim with the carrier and contact our customer service team with the carrier-assigned case number.
etnies is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, weather events, or acts of nature. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before submitting your order, as incorrectly addressed packages may be returned to our warehouse.
9. Limitation of Liability
etnies' liability for any shipping issue is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays or non-delivery, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
