Hailing from Orange County, California, Kylie Frank came up through the amateur contest circuit, stacking a dozen CASL wins before she was old enough to drive. In 2022 she took the Exposure Street Intermediate title, and a year later she was standing on the Open-Pro podium at the same event. She never looked back.
Since then she’s become a regular in women’s street finals across North America: a win at Jackalope Virginia Beach, two runner-up finishes at the Exposure Street Open-Pro, and two more at Red Bull Origin, from Venice Beach to the 13 stair in New York. Smooth, regular-footed and unbothered by the size of the obstacle, Kylie is always chasing the next contest, the next spot, the next clip. That drive, and the way she carries it, make her a natural fit for the etnies family.
