WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR THE CANADA?

Shipping is FREE for Canada. orders over $150+

All Canada. orders are shipped via Canada Post.

We offer the following shipping methods at check out:

  • Regular Parcel - Canada Post (Delivered within 7-21 business days). Please allow 24 hours after shipment confirmation for tracking info to update.
  • Xpresspost - Canada Post (Delivered within 5-14 business days). Please allow 24 hours after shipment confirmation for tracking info to update

All orders placed after Dec 20th will ship after the New Year.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Our warehouse will process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Given that your order is not set to hold by our fraud prevention team, your order should be shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that all orders will ship the following business day from completing your payment. This means if you’ve placed your order on Friday, you will not receive tracking information until Monday. We apologize in advance but this goes for expedited orders as well.

Expedited shipping begins when the order leaves with Canada Post, not when it is accepted into our system. Please note that ALL orders will ship the following business day from when payment is made. 

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO  P.O. BOX?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/ FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. No exceptions.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation through email upon submitting your order. Once your order is processed and packed, our system will email a Canada Post tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for Ground and Express to update.

If you do not receive your confirmation email immediately after your order is placed, please check your spam/junk folder or contact customer service. 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted it is immediately transmitted to an automated processing system. This provides the fastest method for receiving your order. As such, order cancellations and modifications are not possible, even if the order has not been marked as shipped. We manage multiple brands with a small staff so we cannot guarantee an order can be removed from a pallet once picked.
