TO BEGIN AN RMA REQUEST FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1. SUBMIT YOUR INFO USING THE ONLINE RETURN RMA REQUEST FORM.
2. PACK AND SEAL YOUR RETURN SECURELY THEN AFFIX THE PRE-ADDRESSED, PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL THAT WAS INCLUDED IN YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER.
[IMPORTANT NOTE] Please keep the 'Shipper Receipt' sticker attached to your FedEx label, or obtain a copy of tracking when dropping off your return for shipping. We do not have tracking info for your return shipment.
3. DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGE AT THE NEAREST FEDEX LOCATION.
